Libya According to the writer has a positive role in establish of international relation in the modern era. So this disprove what of some European studies claimed that Libya was just outlaw principality practicing piracy to proof that the history of Libyan foreign relations especially the conception and terms which were common at that time. irstly : Libya has arole in finding a new terms and conceptions in the international relations such as :
A)During the 17 century, Libya with other countries worked to invalidate the idea of "Secret diplomacy" and confirm the " Declared peace charters" instead this work was successful, as result Libya followed this method and concluded many agreements with other countries (this idea included within the (14) issues of USA present (Nilsson), which published in 1918).
B)Libya with other countries entered the idea of "To deal in similar" between states, some of historians E.G (Pholian) think that one of the war reasons between Libya and other countries like, Napoli, Sicilia, Spain, Usa, was by the misunderstanding of this idea.
C)Talking directly to the representatives of the people which the intention to treating of some cases with his government "The speech of Amir Hasoona Adghays-who became Libya foreign minster- in front of British house of commons in June 1822 to reach an agreement about the efforts to revoke the slaves commerce, so the Libyan minster suggest two new conception still used up to now "Cease the sources" and 'Economic compensation" as A olution for the phenomenon secondly: Libya followed anew methods in the international agreements among this, to don't use the religious difference in that agreements. E.G The Libyan-American Agreed which Approval by USA congress in 10/6/1797, where the agreement included a clause condition that.
